1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dorm Room Kutz website and the barber services provided by Dorm Room Kutz ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, visiting our shop, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dorm Room Kutz provides professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, tapers, lineups, beard grooming, and related grooming services. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service at our discretion if we determine it cannot be safely or properly performed.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments are encouraged to guarantee a time slot, though walk-ins are welcomed subject to availability.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
• Arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation at our discretion.

4. Preparation & Conduct

Clients should arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair unless otherwise directed beforehand. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who is intoxicated, abusive, or whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or comfort of our staff or other clients.

5. Payments & Pricing

All listed prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept cash and electronic payments as displayed in-shop. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform your barber of any skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns before service begins. We follow sanitation and hygiene best practices. We are not liable for adverse reactions when relevant conditions were not disclosed in advance.

7. Use of Contact Information

Any email address, phone number, or SMS contact information you provide to Dorm Room Kutz — whether through our website, booking platform, or chat widget — is collected and used solely for the purpose of scheduling and confirming barber appointments, responding to your service inquiries, and communicating about your visits.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes. Your email and phone number will not be used to send you unsolicited promotional material outside of communications directly related to your barber services with us. By providing your contact details, you consent to be contacted regarding your appointments and service-related matters only.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is limited to what is necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you about your appointments. We take reasonable measures to protect your data and do not use it for any purpose beyond the scope described in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dorm Room Kutz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
